Welcome to SheetCut Optimizer. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our mobile application (the "Service" or "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and cease all use of the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Relationship to Privacy Policy

These Terms govern your legal relationship and usage of SheetCut Optimizer. By using the App, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, which details that the App operates completely locally on your device, does not collect personally identifiable information (PII), and passes subscription handling securely through Google Play Billing.

2. License Grant & Scope of Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and run the App on a compatible mobile device for your personal or internal business operations (such as woodworking layout, cabinetry design, cutting management, and edge-banding estimations).

You agree that you will not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the cutting and nesting optimization algorithms embedded within the software; rent, lease, lend, or sub-license the App; or bypass any security features or subscription checks implemented via Google Play Services.

3. Local Processing & Data Ownership

Consistent with our data security standards, any data, layout dimensions, quantities, sheet stock measurements, or configuration files you input into the optimizer are processed strictly and entirely on your local device. We do not store, host, or back up your data on our servers. You are solely responsible for ensuring the preservation, export (as PDF or image), and local safety of your material logs and layout configurations.

4. Subscriptions, Billings, and In-App Purchases

SheetCut Optimizer offers certain enhanced features and premium layouts via tiered monthly and yearly premium subscription plans.

• Google Play Billing: All financial transactions, recurring charges, and subscription lifecycle tracking are managed securely and entirely through the Google Play Store. We do not access, process, or store credit card information or billing data.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel them through your Google Play Account settings at least 24 hours prior to renewal.
• Refunds: All purchases and payments are subject to the refund policies of the Google Play Store. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, payments made are non-refundable by the developer directly.

5. Third-Party Advertisements & Services

The App integrates third-party services, including Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, and Google AdMob. Free tiers of the App may display contextually optimized or personalized advertisements managed by Google AdMob. Your interaction with ads or third-party links visible within the App is governed strictly by the respective third party's legal terms.

6. Accuracy of Optimization Outputs & Disclaimer

IMPORTANT INDUSTRIAL NOTICE: SheetCut Optimizer utilizes programmatic nesting and edge-banding calculation algorithms designed to drastically minimize waste. However, structural sheet variations, physical material defects, dynamic saw vibration, operator alignment errors, or variations in physical edge-banding thickness may alter real-world results.

You are strongly advised to manually verify calculated cutting sequences, dimensional maps, and structural layouts before performing permanent cuts on physical material (including MDF, Plywood, Melamine, or Wood Veneers). The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER, SINE WAVE INTERNATIONAL, OR ITS PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA USE, MATERIAL SPOILAGE, SAW OR CNC MACHINE DAMAGE, LABOR COSTS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE CALCULATION MAPS.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon being published inside the App or on the App Store distribution page. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your complete acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
